GENERAL CONDITIONS IN THE PROVISION OF TOURIST SERVICES TO PASSENGERS SERVED BY TURISMO COMAPA IN PATAGONIA
VALUES
The values ​​will be governed according to the dates indicated therein, which is expressed in Chilean pesos and is valid only for the dates indicated therein. Turismo Comapa will try by all means to respect these rates during their validity, however, in the event of excessive variations by suppliers, changes in operating conditions or variations in the economic conditions of the country or the world, these variations will be transferred to our clients. In the case of confirmed values, they could be modified based on large fluctuations in the parameters considered to build this tariff, which cannot be controlled by Turismo Comapa, such as: fuel price variation, exchange rate variation, etc.
BOOKINGS
Turismo Comapa, will process all those reservations that are sent to our Sales Executives via email, which as a general rule will be answered in a period not exceeding 24 hours, with the exception of hotel services for conflicting dates, which must necessarily have with a longer term.
PREPAID
Due to the growing demand that the Patagonian region has experienced in recent times, there will be occasions when hotel establishments may request prepayment for blocked rooms in order to guarantee reservations, especially when there are other operators that offer this guarantee for them. dates. On these occasions, Turismo Comapa will notify you of this special condition at least one week in advance, within which time the prepayment situation must be resolved or the reservation must be cancelled.
MODIFICATIONS
In the case of modifications to programs, these will only be allowed, if the due refunds, refunds and/or compensations for unoccupied services (except hotels) apply, up to 1 week before the arrival date of the passengers. After this, any modification requested at the express will of the passenger about a previously confirmed program will not be entitled to reimbursement, having to pay as an extra service, the additional requested.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations for hotel, navigation or air transport services will be governed by the cancellation policies of each establishment, which have been sent or informed to our clients in advance and continue to be available. It will be the responsibility of each client of Turismo Comapa, the control of each of these reservations to avoid falling into fines or charges for this concept.
NON HOTEL SHOWS – CANCELLATIONS OUT OF DEADLINE
In the case of late cancellations and non-shows that occur in hotel establishments in the region, in addition to the previously reported rate, 19% VAT will be added, since the passenger has not spent the night, it is not possible to Make use of the Tax Franchise that exempts non-resident foreign citizens from paying this tax.

RETURNS
In cases where there is a refund of money due to failures in the service and that this is the responsibility of Turismo Comapa, in no case will the refund be made directly to the passengers, and this must be requested at the places of origin where the passengers paid for their tourist program. . In the case of direct customers, the refunds will be made in the same way in which the payment was made, cash, check, credit card or as agreed between the parties.
RESERVE LIQUIDATION
In order to facilitate and speed up the billing process, Turismo Comapa will require from our client, the due acceptance of the conditions and the reconfirmation of the program, in which Turismo Comapa will indicate what is the final and definitive value for the included services. in it, the dates on which the services will be provided and the details of the confirmed program. This confirmation will serve as support for the issuance of the reservation settlement and subsequent revisions to the values ​​reported and approved for that particular file will not be accepted and/or the agency voucher will be attached when appropriate.
PAYMENTS
For all cases, Turismo Comapa acts as an intermediary in the provision of services, so all reserved and confirmed services must be duly prepaid and thus be able to comply with our suppliers, any different condition will be expressly authorized by our Management.
OTHERS
It is the obligation of the passengers, in the case of some nationalities; have paid the RECIPROCITY RATE and have the corresponding Visa, in the case of entering Argentine territory It is the obligation of the operator, travel agency or direct client, as the requester of the reservation, the due and timely sending of all the necessary information of each of the passengers that are part of a file, in the same way it must be clearly indicated in the event that the passenger is Chilean or a permanent resident and it is not appropriate to apply the tax exemption in the hotels. In these cases, if there is an error or omission, the VAT surcharge will be applied. to the contracting agency. The activities described in our programs, with the possibility of observing fauna, depend on the natural conditions existing at the time of the excursion, since the sites visited are natural reserves, in which animals move freely. The observation of the landscape and phenomena such as ice detachments, floating blocks of ice, etc., depend on the weather conditions at the time of the visit. IMPORTANT: THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES COULD, IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES AND FOR CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE, BE PERFORMED IN SHARED SERVICE WITH OTHER TURISMO COMAPA PASSENGERS. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THE CORRESPONDING CREDIT NOTE WILL BE ISSUED.
