On these occasions, Turismo Comapa will notify you of this special condition at least one week in advance, within which time the prepayment situation must be resolved or the reservation must be cancelled.

In the case of modifications to programs, these will only be allowed, if the due refunds, refunds and/or compensations for unoccupied services (except hotels) apply, up to 1 week before the arrival date of the passengers. After this, any modification requested at the express will of the passenger about a previously confirmed program will not be entitled to reimbursement, having to pay as an extra service, the additional requested.

Reservations for hotel, navigation or air transport services will be governed by the cancellation policies of each establishment, which have been sent or informed to our clients in advance and continue to be available.
